The 4th in our series of one day conferences on relationship-based practice takes place in March 2017 and will focus on the Impact of trauma on children, practitioners and services. With keynote presentations on transforming despair to hope, the relevance of neuroscience and how dealing with trauma affects the delivery of services, the conference will also include workshops and reflective discussion.
Chaired by Brigid Daniel, Professor of Social Work at Stirling University, the conference will include plenary contributions from child and adolescent psychotherapists Ricky Emanuel and Monica Lanyado, and social work specialist Gillian Ruch.
